No. 23/2026 in Contempt Petition No. 125/2025 in Writ Petition No. 4638/2021(D) Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 11.03.2026 The application is taken out by the petitioner to correct the address of Respondent No.1. It is stated in the application that address of Respondent No.1 mentioned in present petition is incorrect and petitioner came to know the correct address of said respondent.

It is further stated in the application that the petitioner is providing correct address of Respondent No. 1. Thus, the petitioner wants to serve aforesaid respondent through all legally permissible modes.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is partly allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent returnable by four weeks.

Permission to serve through Speed post/ R.P.A.D. is granted.

Necessary postage be provided.
