NO. 37/2026 IN CONTEMPT PETITION NO. 98/2024 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 23/04/2026 The application is taken out by the petitioner for permission to amend the name of R.No.3 and also requested permission to serve by speed post. As per application, Smt. Jayashree Raut joined as E.O in place of current R.No. 3. It is stated in the application that notice issued to respndent No.3 received back unserved with bailiff report that respondent No.3 is transferred. Now, the petitioner has provided correct name of respondent No.3 who has joined on the said post.

Hence, the petitioner prays for replacing the name of current respondent No.3 and in her place wants to substitute the name of Smt. Jayashree Raut as respondent No.3 and also wants to serve respondent No.3 by speed post.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Permission to serve by speed post is granted. Necessary postage be provided.
