NO. 40/2026 IN CONTEMPT PETITION NO. 179/2025 IN WRIT PETITION No. 830/2021(D) CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 10/06/2026 The application is taken out by the petitioners for permission to substitute the name of R.No.3 and also requested to issue fresh notice on corrected name. As per application, Shri. Balwant Devidas Ramteke joined as Executive Engineer, PWD Gondia in place of current R.No. 3. It is stated in the application that notice issued to respondent No.3 received back unserved with bailiff report that current respondent No.3 is not holding the said post. Now, the petitioner has provided correct name of respondent No.3 who has joined on the said post. Hence, the petitioner prays to substitute the name of current respondent No.3 and in his place wants to substitute the name of Shri. Balwant Devidas Ramteke as respondent No.3 and also wants to issue fresh notice on corrected name.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent returnable by five weeks.
