This is an application for speaking to minutes preferred by the applicant/appellant seeking incorporation of the following line in clause (i) of the operative part of the common order dated 24.12.2025 passed in Arbitration Appeal Nos. 2 of 2020 and 30 of 2019: "Needless to observe, the award of the Arbitrator in Case No. 1/ARB/ 2015-2016 dated 28.03.2016 is also set aside." Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 submits that he has no objection to the incorporation of the aforesaid line in the operative part of the order.

In view of the above, the common order dated 24.12.2025 passed in Arbitration Appeal Nos. 2 of 2020 and 30 of 2019 stands corrected by incorporating the following line in clause (i) of the operative part:
"Needless to observe, the award of the Arbitrator in Case No. 1/ARB/ 2015-2016 dated 28.03.2016 is also set aside." 4.
The civil application for speaking to minutes is accordingly disposed of.
