By this application, the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the decretal amount.

The record shows that this Court, vide judgment and order 04/01/2023, disposed of the appeal as well as the cross-objection. 4.

In view of this, the applicant/original respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the decretal amount along with interest accrued thereon. If any amount after the withdrawal remains balance, the same should be permitted to be withdrawn by the original appellant i.e. M.I.D.C.
