By this Application, the prayer is made by the Applicants/legal representatives of Meerabai Shivdat Jadhav to substitute their names in place of the Cross Objector No.1-B/Respondent No.1-B Meerabai Shivdat Jadhav, on record, as mentioned in paragraph No.4 of this Application. 2.

In support of this submission, Applicants have placed on record the death certificate of deceased Meerabai Shivdat Jadhav and Legal Heirship Certificate issued by the Sarpanch of Grampanchayat, Chichpad, Tahsil Mahagao, District Yavatmal. 3.

Considering the averments made in the present Application, Civil Application is allowed as prayed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in Cross Objection within a period of one week from today. 5.

In view of allowing this Application in Cross Objection, the Appellants in First Appeal No. 345/2012 also take necessary steps and carry out amendment by bringing legal heirs of Respondent No.1-B/Meerabai Shivdat Jadhav on record within a period of two weeks from today.
