Civil Application No.428/2025 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 05.02.2026 The civil application is filed by applicants under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon Respondent Nos.1 to 3 by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that the applicants have made every efforts to serve aforesaid respondents. Thus, the applicants want to serve aforesaid by way of paper publication on their last known address.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper at Pune in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
