For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay in filing the revision application for setting aside the order dated 01.08.2025 of dismissal of the Writ Petition passed by the Registrar (Judicial) is hereby condoned.

It appears that there are various respondents in the petition and due to non-submission of correct addresses of the respondents, the Writ Petition came to be dismissed. Considering the difficulty that there are various respondents and the for the reasons mentioned in the application, dismissal order dated 01.08.2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) is set aside.
