It is stated in the application that the notice issued to Respondent No.13 received back unserved for want of correct address. It is further stated in the application that the petitioners is providing correct address of Respondent No.13.

Thus, the petitioners want to correct the address of Respondent No.13 and to make necessary amendment in the cause title.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable within four weeks.
