As per application, notice issued to respondent sole received back unserved with endorsement as unclaimed. It is further stated in the application that applicant is providing correct alternate addresses of respondent sole. Thus, the applicant want to serve aforesaid respondent on corrected address.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the respondent sole, returnable within four weeks.
