FEBRUARY 16, 2026 1) This is an application seeking amendment of prayer clause to the application for condonation of delay in filing crossobjection being C.A.(Stamp) No. 1867/2026. 2) Learned counsel for the applicant states that without prejudice to his contention that the delay caused in filing cross objection is 320 days, in order to avoid any technical objection, he intends to mention the period of delay as 07 years, 02 months and 01 day, as per the objection raised by the appellant. 3) Application is allowed. Necessary corrections be carried out forthwith. The contention of the applicant that the delay is only 320 days is kept open.
