Shri J. B. Kasat, learned counsel for the respondent/Corporation seeks time to take instructions on the statement made by Ms Lakhani, learned counsel for the petitioner that none of the bus stops or foot paths are compatible for the handicap and even though the buses for handicaps are engaged, it is difficult for the handicap to use the same.

If the learned counsel for the Corporation comes with the list of such bus stops and foot paths, which according to Corporation are compatible, Ms Lakhani, learned counsel expressed to visit such bus

Two weeks time is granted to the respondent/Corporation to submit such information before this Court.
