C.A.O. No. 163/2026 in Misc. Civil Application (Arbitration) No. 717/2025 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 26.02.2026 The civil application is filed by applicant under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon Respondent Sole by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that the notices issued to respondent sole received back unserved for want of correct address. It is stated in the application that the applicant tried to gather information of subsequent residential address of Respondent sole but even after due diligence could not get correct address. Thus, the applicant want to serve respondent sole by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Substituted service be effected upon respondent sole by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper "Lokmat Samachar" Nagpur edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
