Mr. Mohta, learned counsel, causes appearance for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 and Mr. R. K. Thakkar, counsel appearing for the respondent no. 3. Mr. Mohta states that the authorized officer has been changed and he would submit the name of the new authorized officer who is at present at the helm of affairs.

Accordingly, learned counsel for the applicant is directed to correct the name in the array of the respondent, more particularly respondent no. 1, and incorporate the name of the authorized officer who is presently holding the Shubham
