MARCH 12, 2026 1) Registration of Second Appeal (Stamp) No.25396/2024 came to be refused on account of failure to remove office objections as directed by the learned Registrar(J) vide order dated 27/11/2025. The appellants in second appeal have filed revision on 12/02/2026 bearing M.C.A.(St.)No. 4484/2026, challenging the said order. There is a delay of 81 days caused in filing the revision for which separate application for condonation of delay is filed.
2) It is stated that learned counsel missed to notice the order passed by the learned Registrar(J), as a consequence of which office objections were not removed within the stipulated period. It is stated that the upon getting knowledge of the refusal of registration, the applicants have taken immediate steps for filing revision along with application for condonation of delay.

2 10-cao 221.2026.odt 3) For the reasons mentioned in the application and also having regard to the fact that the applicants were personally not responsible for the refusal of registration, application for condonation of delay is allowed.
4) For the same reasons, M.C.A.(St.)No.4484/2026 is also allowed. The order dated 13/11/2025 passed by learned Registrar(J) is quashed. The Second Appeal(St.)No.25396/2024 is restored to file. It be registered, subject to condition that all office objections will be removed positively before 30/03/2026. ( ROHIT W.
