Restoration of MCA Stamp No.24020 of 2025 is filed for restoration of Writ Petition No.1683 of 2019 was refused on account of failure on the part of petitioner/applicant to remove the office objections. 2.

The present application is filed seeking condonation of delay in filing a revision questioning the order refusing to register the MCA. The applicant is not personally responsible for rejection of the application for non-removal of office objections. The delay is of 24 days, the same is, therefore, condoned for the reasons mentioned in the application.
