It is stated in the application that office has raised some objections with regard to title clause of restoration application.

It is further stated in the application that applicant is providing proposed amendment in the title clause. Hence, the applicant prays to make necessary amendment in the title clause of restoration application.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
