Writ Petition No.1092 of 2019 came to be dismissed by this Court vide order dated 25.02.2025. The applicant has filed application seeking review of the said order, vide Misc. Civil Application (Review) St. No.10067 of 2025. Registration of the said review application came to be refused on account of failure on the part of the applicant to remove office objections.

The present application is filed challenging the order dated 07.07.2025 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial), refusing registration of review application. There is a delay of around 193 days in filing the application to challenge the order dated 07.07.2025.

The present civil application is filed seeking condonation of delay in filing revision challenging the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial). For the reasons mentioned in the application, application for condonation of delay is allowed, subject to payment of costs of

32..odt Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only) in the 'Public Welfare Account' bearing Account No.129712010001014 (IFSC Code : UBIN0812978), Union Bank of India, Branch High Court, Civil Lines, Nagpur, on or before 08.05.2026. 4.

For the same reasons, Misc. Civil Application St. No.3102 of 2026 is allowed. Misc. Civil Application No.10067 of 2025 and civil applications, if any filed therein, are restored to its original file.
