Civil Application No. 1076/2024 in Writ Petition No. 2930/2011(D) Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 22.04.2026 The application is taken out by the petitioner for grant permission to delete the name of Respondent No. 3 - Shri. Ramakant S. Muley. Petitioner further contended that as per order 29.09.2014 in Writ Petition Hon'ble Court dismissed the petition for Respondent No.3. Thus, the petitioner wants to delete the name of respondent No.3 from the array of respondents in Misc. Civil application as well.

Since, the application is formal in nature and is on Solemn Affirmation, the same is allowed. The petitioner are permitted to delete the name of respondent No.3 as sought.
