8576/2026. Hence filed CAO.403.2026. It is stated in the application that in Writ Petition St. No. 26558/2025, the Department of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, Govt. Of Maharashtra was added as party R. No. 2. But, inadvertently not added as party in the delay and restoration application. In that regard, office has raised objection. In compliance of the office objection, petitioner has taken withdrawal of earlier application and filed this application praying to add above party as respondent No.2. Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. At the same time the earlier application -C.A.O No. 364/2026 stands filed as not pressed.
