C.A.O. No. 418/2026 in Misc. Civil Application No. 926/2025 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 30.04.2026 The application is taken out by applicant to correct the address of respondent sole. It is contended that notice issued to aforesaid respondent received back unserved for want of correct address. As per bailiff report respondent is not residing on the given address. In the application applicant is providing correct address of aforesaid respondent. Thus, the applicant wants to correct the address of respondent by and wants to issue notice to respondent on corrected address.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to respondent returnable within four weeks.
