Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that in response to previous order dated 16.03.2026 and other such orders, the respondents have taken necessary steps to remove the restriction of distance for seeking admission in private unaided schools in terms of the provisions of the Right of Children To Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009. The time to submit applications is extended up to 25.03.2026. A communication made to that effect by Director of Education (Primary), Maharashtra State, Pune, is tendered across the bar. Taken on record and marked "Y" for identification. 2.

The petitioners are satisfied with the development. Thus, the purpose of filing petition is served.
