The petitioners have approached this Court praying for directions to the respondents for ensuring proper implementation of Resolutions dated 19/01/2018, 27/03/2025 and 24/07/2025 issued by the Government of Maharashtra.

Contention is that though the respondents have adopted policy for instituting as many 'Aple Sarkar Seva Kendra' in order to benefit the citizens/public at large with the services accorded by the State Government, however, so far as Amravati district is concerned, there is no proper implementation of the aforesaid Government policy and there are very few 'Aple Sarkar Seva Kendras' in the district of Amravati. The petitioners have placed on record various representations pointing out the aforesaid grievance. 4.
In view of above, since the aforesaid policy of the Government of Maharashtra is to be implemented by the respondent No.3-
2 123-PIL-19-26.odt Collector, Amravati who is the Competent Authority for the same, we dispose of the present Public Interest Litigation with a direction to the respondent No.3-Collector, Amravati to treat the present petition as a representation in public interest submitted by the present petitioners. 5.
The respondent No.3-Collector, Amravati shall consider all the grounds raised in the present petition so also necessary documentary evidence placed on record in support of the same and shall take appropriate decision regarding implementation of the aforesaid Government scheme within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the order of this Court.

The petitioners undertake to produce copy of the order of this Court along with copy of the present Public Interest Litigation before the respondent No.3-Collector, Amravati within a period of one week from today.

The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of decision. 8.
PIL is accordingly, disposed of.
