Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner forum seeks challenge to the impugned action on the part of the respondents in non compliance of the Government Resolution dated 24.11.2023 which provides for modalities that have to be followed for rice milling (processing) and fortification. The manner in which milling of rice, fortification and paddy purchase are not being followed as per the contention of the petitioner.

Mrs. S. S. Jachak, learned Addl. GP appearing on behalf of the State submits that the respondents had initiated action in compliance of such Government Resolution dated 24.11.2023 and the action of black listing of such defaulter was also taken. But then such action was challenged in writ petition before this MJ Jadhav

In view of the above and considering the fact that the petitioner has raised his entire grievance, as raised before this Court, before the respondent- authorities vide a detailed representation dated 08.10.2024 which is at record page No.766 Annexure- 6, we dispose of the present public interest litigation (PIL) with direction to the respondent No.3- Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur Division, Nagpur to look into the aforesaid representation dated 08.10.2024 and take necessary action in compliance of the same, if required. 5.
With these observations and directions, Public Interest Litigation is accordingly disposed of.
