This Interim Application is moved urgently by the Appellants seeking stay to the proceedings in Regular Civil Suit No. 227 of 1999. 3.

Learned advocate for the Appellants invited the attention of the Court to the order dated 05.02.2020 passed by this Court, whereby, prayer clause (c) in CAST/34465/2018 was granted and the impugned order of remand was stayed. It is submitted that despite the said order being brought to the notice of the learned Trial Judge, the suit is being proceeded. 4.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent seeks time, on the ground that he is not in contact with the concerned clients. Shubham

Upon perusal of the record, it appears that the Appeal has already been admitted and interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) was granted while disposing of the Civil Application. It is thus clear that the Appeal is pending and the impugned order of remand is stayed.

In that view of the matter, this Interim Application is allowed directing that further proceedings in Regular Civil Suit No. 227 of 1999 pending before the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Mohol, District Solapur, shall remain stayed during the pendency of above Appeal From Order.
