Heard Mr. Veer, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants. 2.

The Interim Application is taken out seeking restoration of the Writ Petition which has been dismissed for non-removal of oice objections as per the Order dated 11th November 2024. 3.

Mr. Veer, learned Counsel for the Applicants states that all the Respondents have been served in the Interim Application and that Aidavit of service will be iled during the course of the day. 4.

Inspite of service, none appears for Respondent Nos.3 and 4 neither the Aidavit - in - reply is iled. Thus, the contentions raised have remained uncontroverted.

Learned AGP appears for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and opposed the Application.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 7.

Resultantly, the Writ Petition is restored to the ile of this Court on the condition that all oice objections, if any to be removed within a period of 4 weeks from today.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
