Heard learned Counsel for the Appellant-Insurance Company. This is an application for interim stay. He submits that the Appellant-Insurance Company is willing to deposit the entire amount under impugned award. 2.

Considering the submissions and nature of dispute the Interim Application is allowed and disposed of by following conditional order : (A) Subject to the Appellant-Insurance Company depositing the entire amount under impugned award with interest in M.A.C.T., Sangli within a period of six weeks from today, there shall be interim stay to the impugned Judgment and Award dated 16.12.2025, passed by Member M.A.C.T., Sangli in M.A.C.P. No. 105 of 2023.

(B) If the amount is not deposited within stipulated time, the interim stay will be vacated.
