This is an application by the Applicants to delete name of Respondent No.4 from cause title of the appeal and permit necessary amendment. Copy of death certificate of Respondent No.4 is annexed. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicants submits that legal heirs of Respondent No.4 are already on record as Respondent Nos.1, 2 & 3. Statement accepted.

In that view of the averments and submission, application is allowed. The Applicants are permitted to delete name of Respondent No.4 from the cause title of the appeal.
