Considering the nature of controversy, subject to Applicant-Insurance Company depositing entire amount under impugned Judgment and Award dated 29.08.2025 passed by Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Solapur in M.A.C.P. No.64 of 2023 with interest, in the said Tribunal within a period of four weeks from today, there shall be ad-interim stay to the said impugned Judgment and Award, till next date.
