Both the applications have been filed to bring the legal heirs of the Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 on record.

There is a delay of 85 days for filing the application in IA/270/2026 and a delay of 3 years and 101 days for filing the application Shantanu S. Dhudum
11-WP-9032-2015 (C).DOC in IA/271/2026 for setting aside the abatement. That, Petitioner No.1 died on 6th September, 2025, while Petitioner No.2 died on 20th July, 2022. 3.
Considering the reasons stated in these applications, the delay is condoned and the abatement is set aside.

The Petitioner(s) shall amend the petition by bringing legal heirs of Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 brought on record within a period of two weeks. 5.
Both these applications are accordingly allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
