This Application is filed for bringing the names of Appellant/Applicants Nos. 1 to 3 and 5 as legal heirs of deceased Appellant No. 4 and for showing names of Appellants/Applicants Nos. 2 and 3 as major, in the cause title of First Appeal.

Considering that the proposed legal heirs of deceased Appellant No. 4 are already on record and the nature of prayer, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). 4.
