By this interim application, the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the remaining compensation amount. It appears that the Applicant has already been paid 50% of the total compensation amount. Thereafter, the Applicant was again permitted to withdraw Rs. 13,25,027/-, and the remaining amount of Rs. 13,25,027/- is lying deposited in a nationalized bank at the instance of the MACT, Khed.

Considering the nature of the injury which was sustained by the Applicant mentioned in the impugned order, and appreciated by the learned Tribunal, permission is granted to withdraw an amount of Rs. 3,50,000/- from the remaining compensation amount.
