The Interim Application is taken up for setting aside the order dated 5th February 2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I), dismissing Writ Petition (ST) No. 36727 of 2024 for non-removal of office objections. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant states that when the writ petition was dismissed for non-removal of office objections, it was at preadmission stage and that no notice had been issued to the Respondents. 3.

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses a, b, and c, subject to the condition ZIP
