At the outset, Mr. Dalvi, learned Advocate for the applicants, seeks leave to amend prayer clause (b). Leave, as prayed for, is granted. 2.
The amendment be carried out within a period of three days from today. Re-verification is dispensed with.

Heard Mr. Dalvi, learned Advocate for the applicants, Mr. Mali, adn 1 of
7-IA-338-2026 learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 - State, and Mr. Kedar Lad, learned Advocate for respondent Nos. 3 and 4. 4.
The following relief is sought in this Interim Application in terms of prayer clause (b). Prayer clause (b) reads thus: "(b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to modify order dated 10.08.2022 passed in writ petition no.5553 of 2021 and further be pleased to insert the words "that the Confidential Reports of the petitioners recorded "Excellent Work" in place of the words "petitioners are awarded certificate of excellent work" in paragraph no.1, 3 and "who have been awarded certificate of excellent work" in paragraph no.4 of order dated 10.08.2022 passed in Writ Petition no.5553 of 2021."

Mr. Lad, learned Advocate for respondent Nos. 3 and 4, fairly submits that there are certain typographical errors in the order dated 10th August 2022 and, therefore, submits that the Interim Application be allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

It is clarified that the order dated 10th August 2022 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 1593 of 2021, Writ Petition No. 5554 of 2021, and Writ Petition No. 5553 of 2021 shall be read along with this order.
