The original petitioners have moved this interim application, seeking extension of time for the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Pune to dispose of Securitization Application No. 458 of 2025. 2.

This is in the light of order dated 9th December 2025, whereby the writ petition was disposed of by a Division Bench of this Court, directing the Securitization Application to be disposed of on or before 9th January 2026.

Having heard the learned counsel for the rival parties, the interim application is disposed of by directing that the DRT, Pune

bipin prithiani 905-ia-339.26.doc shall take up the aforesaid Securitization Application No. 458 of 2025 on 19th January 2026 for directions, at the top of the cause list. The rival parties shall submit written submissions on the said date before the DRT, Pune. Thereupon, the DRT, Pune shall fix a date for hearing of the application at the earliest. 4.

Thereafter, the aforesaid securitization application shall be disposed of by the DRT, Pune on or before 18th February 2026. 5.

It is made clear that no further extension of time shall be granted.

The parties shall cooperate with the DRT, Pune for disposing of the securitization application within the period indicated hereinabove.
