Having heard the learned Additional Government Pleader and having considered his submissions, the Interim Application is allowed. 3.

Let the name of the Respondent No.1 - Smt. Parvati Gopal Mali who died on 23rd May 2009 be deleted and let her legal representatives who are already on record as Respondents No.2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 in the cause-title be permitted to continue. 4.

Let the deletion/amendments be carried out forthwith. 5.

The Interim Application accordingly stands allowed and disposed of.

Interim Application No.384 of 2026 :

Mr. Patil submits that this Interim Application seeks to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.3 on record by condoning the delay of 7 years 291 days.
