The Applicants are proposed legal heirs of sole Petitioner who expired on 12.11.2025. This application is filed for bringing the Applicants on record as legal heirs of deceased sole Petitioner. According to the office note, the application is filed in time.

In that view of the matter, considering the averments made in the application, the application is allowed. The Applicants are permitted to bring themselves on record as legal heirs of sole Petitioner. Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of 2 weeks from today. 4.

The Applicants are directed to serve amended copy of the petition upon the Respondents. Learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1, 2, 6 to 10 waives service. Application is disposed of in above terms. (M.M. SATHAYE, J.) Husen
