The interim application is filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.1 to pay arrears of maintenance in respect of five bungalows purchased by him.

The provisions of Section 154B-7 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 requires the person seeking membership to clear dues of the housing society. Since this is statutory obligation, it need not be incorporated in the order.
