The present Interim Application is filed by the Applicant - Original Claimant seeking direction against the Non Applicants - Original Opponents to deposit the entire decretal amount along with accrued interest thereon, as awarded under the impugned Judgment and Award dated 7th October, 2023, passed by the learned Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sangli, in M.A.C.P.
