By this application, the applicants-claimants seeks withdrawal of the compensation amount deposited by the appellant-corporation in connection with the impugned judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Solapur in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.29 of 2019.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the parties and grounds raised in the appeal, applicants-claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the decretal amount deposited by the respondentcorporation along with accrued interest there on. The apportionment shall be made in terms of the impugned award.
