The Appellant/Applicant seeks stay of the effect and operation of the impugned award dated 29.08.2025 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Solapur, in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 65 of 2023. 2.

It is contended that the Appellant is ready to deposit the entire decretal amount. Considering the said submission and the undertaking to deposit the entire decretal amount, a case for grant of stay is made out. 3.
