This Interim Application is taken out seeking setting aside the order dated 9th December 2025 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-1), by which the Writ Petition was dismissed for nonremoval of the office objections. 2.

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A), on the condition that the Applicant shall remove the office objections within a period of four weeks from today.
