It is the case of the applicant that the matter got dismissed because erstwhile advocate did not attend. This allegation is made without making the erstwhile advocate as a party.

The applicant is directed to make the erstwhile advocate as a party to the present proceedings since any comment on the conduct of the earlier advocate by this Court will not be without hearing the said advocate. 3.

List this matter on 11 February 2026.

If by the next date, the applicant does not make the said advocate as a party, then the application will be dismissed. It is expressly made clear that by today's order, the interim relief which was vacated is not continued. (JITENDRA JAIN, J.)
