The present Application seeks restoration of Writ Petition No. 2795 of 2020, which came to be dismissed in default on 02.04.2026 for want of prosecution.

The contention is that the Counsel for the Petitioner is practicing at the Principal Bench at Bombay and the matter had been transferred to the Circuit TALLE SHUBHAM ASHOKRAO Bench at Kolhapur. Therefore, he lost track of the Petition and could not appear before this Court.
