Interim Application No. 600 of 2026 and Interim Application No. 16064 of 2023 essentially seek to bring on record the legal heirs of the original Appellant Mr. Suresh Sadashiv Salunkhe who passed away in 2023. 2.

For the reasons set out in the applications, the delay is condoned and the applications are allowed. The changes shall be effected to the pending proceedings before the Registry within a period of four weeks from today. 3.

Stand over to June 18, 2026.
