By this Interim Application, the applicant seeks modification of the order dated 21st April 2026 passed by this Court to the extent that, instead of issuing directions to the Deputy Director of Education to decide the representation dated 16th February 2026, the same be decided by the Commissioner of Education, Pune.

Perusal of the application shows that the same is in the nature of speaking to the minutes. Therefore, no prejudice is likely to be caused to the parties if the said modification is allowed. adn 1 of

Learned counsel for the respondent also states that he does not seriously object to the application for modification. 4.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (c). Prayer clause (c) reads as under: "(c) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Ld. Commissioner (Education) for state of Maharashtra to expeditiously decide representation dated 16.02.2026 made by petitioner herien being at Exhibit B to this Petition. "

The order dated 21st April 2026 stands modified to the extent that, instead of respondent No. 2 - Deputy Director of Education, the Commissioner of Education, Pune, is directed to decide the petitioner's representation dated 16th February 2026 within a period of two months from the date of this order.

Accordingly, the order dated 21st April 2026 be corrected and uploaded accordingly.
