This is an Interim Application for bringing the legal heirs of the Original Petitioner No.9 on record. There is a delay of 1 year and 214 days in filing the Interim Application for bringing the legal heirs of the Original Petitioner No.4 on record. 3.

The Interim Application is opposed by the learned AGP. 4.

However, in view of the oral submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicants and for the reasons stated in the

Bhogale 18.ia-634-2026.odt Interim Application, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
