By this Interim Application, the Intervener / Applicant has sought for impleadment as party Respondent to the cause title of 1/4

Writ Petition No.113 of 2026. The necessary amendment in the cause title has accordingly being sought.

The Applicant has stated that in the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner has challenged the appointment of the Applicant as Contractor of Respondent No.3 - Company for the Mathadi Workers. Inspite of such challenge the present Applicant/Intervener has not been joined as party Respondent to the Writ Petition.

We have considered the averments in the present Interim Application. We are of the view that the Applicant/Intervener is a necessary party in the present Writ Petition and hence, is required to be joined as party Respondent.

Hence, the following order is passed:

(i) The Applicant/Intervener is allowed to be joined/added as party Respondent to the cause title of the Writ Petition No.113 of 2026.

(ii) The Petitioner shall amend the cause title to Writ Petition No.113 of 2026 by adding Applicant's name as 2/4

party Respondent alongwith consequential amendment which shall be carried out within a period of one week from today.

(iii) The amended Writ Petition shall be served on the newly added Respondent simultaneously upon carrying out of the amendment.

(iv) The Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs.

(v) The newly added Respondent is at liberty to file Affidavit-in-Reply to the amended Writ Petition. (vi) Respondent No.3 is also at liberty to file Affidavitin-Reply to the amended Writ Petition. (vii) Both the Affidavits-in-Reply shall be filed, within a period of two weeks from the amended Petition being served.

(viii) The amended Writ Petition shall be placed for consideration on 25th February, 2026.

(ix) Writ Petition No.6843 of 2025 shall also be placed alongwith the amended Writ Petition.
