The learned counsel for the Applicant-State, on instructions, makes statement that, the Applicant is ready to deposit the entire amount of the compensation along with interest as per award dated 29th July 2025 passed in MACP No. 779 of 2021 within a period of six weeks from today. The statement is accepted as and undertaking.
