Interim Application No. 800 of 2026, Interim Application (St.) No.11207 of 2026 and Interim Application No. 3579 of 2025 have been filed praying for impleading new parties to the connected Writ Petition. In Interim Application No.800 of 2026, the prayer is for adding the Developer as Respondent No. 22. In Interim Application (St.) No.11207 of 2026, the prayer is made for adding the individual purchaser as Respondent No.23 and in Interim Application No. 3579 of 2025, the prayer is made for adding the Association, i.e., Clan One Society as Respondent No. 24.

Heard arguments of learned counsel appearing for the respective Applicants who have made attempts to justify the prayer for impleadment. The learned counsel for the Respondents are present and do not have any objection if the prayer for impleadment is allowed by this Court.

In view of the above, the prayer for impleadment made in the Interim Applications are allowed. Amendment to be carried out in the Writ Petition by 28th April 2026.

Interim Application No. 800 of 2026, Interim Application (St.) No. 11207 of 2026 and Interim Application No. 3579 of 2025 stand disposed of accordingly.
